Quick Tips for the Coming Month
- Prioritize sleep and rest — your body heals when you give it downtime.
- Integrate at least one mindful movement or mind-body practice (Infra Red Sauna therapy, Foot Reflexology, Ozone and Hydrogen Therapy) 2–3 times per week.
- Eat a colourful, balanced diet; hydrate well; avoid overly processed foods.
- Spend time outdoors or in nature if possible — fresh air and sunshine support well-being.
